Can I cancel anytime?
Right now we do not have autopay setup so you would not have automatic payments. A payment once made is non refundable.
Do you offer student discounts?
No, we do not offer students discount as this has been made for students only. The pricing is highly affordable for anyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking for Indian users. We use Razorpay payment gateway for highly secured transactions.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 10 Day Free Trial of Pro Subscription (MAX to Selected Users) so you can try out oblyn. We do not have a refund policy yet.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
That feature is not available yet on the dashboard. You may write to office.adeshpratap@yahoo.com for Upgrade/Downgrade of your plan. Downgrade of your plan will not result in refund.
