Oblyn provides predictive artificial intelligence (AI) tools designed to analyze documents, generate study materials, and provide chat assistance. Our service is available via web browser and as a downloadable Progressive Web App (PWA) Android package (.apk) provided directly through our platform.

2. AI Accuracy and Limitation of Liability (The "As-Is" Clause)

Oblyn utilizes advanced third-party AI models to process information. However, AI technology is experimental and prone to errors, hallucinations, and inaccuracies.

• Oblyn is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or formal academic advice.
• We are not legally or financially responsible for academic outcomes, business losses, or damages resulting from your reliance on our AI-generated content. You must independently verify all information.

3. User Conduct and Uploads

You retain ownership of the files and PDFs you upload. However, you agree not to upload classified, illegal, highly sensitive, or copyright-infringing material. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate this rule without notice.

4. Payments and "No Refund" Policy

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. Due to the immediate, non-recoverable cloud computing and AI processing costs incurred the moment you use our service, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases, subscriptions, or unused tier limits.
